About
The Helio Ring is Amazfit's entry into smart rings, designed to work alongside a Zepp-powered watch rather than replace it. It tracks heart rate, HRV, skin temperature and sleep, then feeds those signals into Zepp's readiness and recovery scores. At well under the price of an Oura or Galaxy Ring, and with no subscription, it is the cheapest way to add overnight recovery data to an existing Amazfit setup.
