About
The Galaxy Ring tracks sleep, heart rate, HRV and activity with no subscription, and the whole point is what happens when you also wear a Galaxy Watch: Samsung Health fuses both data streams into a single Energy Score. Battery runs about a week and the titanium build is comfortable enough to forget overnight. Outside Samsung's ecosystem it makes considerably less sense, and there is no iPhone support.
Pros
- +No subscription
- +Deep Samsung Health integration
Cons
- −Android only in practice
- −High upfront price
