The ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium is the top model in ecobee's current lineup. It adds an indoor air quality monitor, a SmartSensor room sensor in the box, and a choice of Siri or Alexa built in, on top of the scheduling and eco+ energy features shared across ecobee's thermostats.
The included SmartSensor reports temperature and occupancy from the rooms you actually use, so the thermostat can prioritize them instead of relying only on the hallway reading.
It works with Apple HomeKit, Alexa, Google Assistant and SmartThings. It runs on 24VAC power through a C wire; if your home doesn't have one, ecobee includes a Power Extender Kit in the box.
