The Affirm Smart Latch shares the Affirm deadbolt's Matter-over-Thread radio, integrated doorbell and TapCom video calling, but fits doors where a latch rather than a deadbolt does the work. That covers a lot of apartment doors, side entrances and older properties where retrofitting a deadbolt is not practical. It carries the same IP65 rating, NFC support and USB-C backup power as its sibling.
