Ring renamed the Video Doorbell Pro 2 to Wired Doorbell Pro, and as of October 28, 2026 it is no longer sold on Ring's US store: its ring.com product page returns a not-found error and Ring's shop.ring.com listing says the item is discontinued. Ring's support page still covers the doorbell, and Ring says Wired Doorbell Pro owners can use the Video Doorbell Pro 2 instructions. Ring lists 1536p HD+ live video with HDR and Color Night Vision, a 150 degree horizontal and 150 degree vertical field of view for head-to-toe video, 3D Motion Detection with Bird's Eye View, Bird's Eye Zones, Two-Way Talk with Audio+, Advanced Color Pre-Roll and 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. It is hardwired (16-24 VAC or 24 VDC, 10 to 40 VA), works with Alexa, and Ring says a subscription is required for some features, including package and person detection.
